With a dynamic vision for 21st century learning, Cal State University Dominguez Hills is breaking ground on a bold, new Science and Innovation Building.
CSU Dominguez Hills is uniquely positioned in the heart of Los Angeles to make a lasting impact across the city, the state and the world. By creating opportunities for students from underserved communities to become technology innovators, the university promotes the growth of our future economy.
With an increase of 1.4 million technology jobs expected in the U.S. by 2020 and an influx of high-tech companies, the future of Southern California requires a robust, STEM educated workforce. To address this changing technology landscape, we are launching a cutting-edge initiative to prepare the next generation of Science, Technology, and Match (STEM) leaders.
We are proud to announce plans for a new state-of-the-art Science and Innovation Building. With a lead gift of $4 million from Toyota U.S.A. Foundation, we need to raise $11 million dollars to reach our goal.
